Yeah but I wouldn't consider it for mature audiences.  There aren't any 
ature
themes in it.  If you consider naked dinosaurs pornographic then you're 
screwed in the head.  Turok is not realistic at all.  I wouldn't call bubbles 
of blood realistic. :P
