With PPS creeping up on most of us and with the fact that most of us have
spent the larger part of our lives living with a disability, it may seem to
outsiders that we don't have much to be thankful for.  As for myself, I've
spent 51 of my 55 years of life as a paraplegic.  I can't even remember being
able to walk without aid.
But, God has given me an over-abundance of blessings and I have more than
most to be thankful for this Thanksgiving holiday (and every other day).
I have a warm, close, loving family who supports me in everything I try and
who always have.  As each year passes, I find myself unable to do things I
did the previous year, yet my family and friends ALWAYS step in and make the
changes easier.  Their love and support eases the emotional and physical
strain and helps me across the bumps.
Then there's this echo.  Everyday I look forward to logging on and reading
everything that's posted here.  It always gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling as

for everyone who posts here and over the years I feel we've become closer

many friends whom I see everyday.  Tom, Warren and everyone else.  Thanks for
being there for me.
