Hello everyone,
  After taking some time to think about how often the echo rules are
  posted in this echo (while on a much needed vacation), I have decided
  to post the echo rules only on the 15th of each month in the echo
  instead of weekly.  This will hopefully reduce some of the "chaff" and
  allow more "wheat" to be posted in the echo without the echo rules
  "getting in the way" of people's reading the messages in the echo.
  If once a month proves to be too "infrequent" for the echo rules to be
  posted, I may add a posting on the 30th of each month.  But I'll give
  things some time to play out using the once a month frequency before
  making any such changes.
  I hope this will make this echo more useful and enjoyable to use.
