Sounds like an allgergy to me....... I've got one here in my barn that's
allergic to dust (and it's been MURDER this year with El Nino's stuff
igh>).

Whatever he's allergic to is probably air borne -- a lot of people or
suffering with allergys this year and I suppose horeses are no different.
It's
been a bad year here too with Shamazon who seems to have allergy attacks just
like I do from day to day.

Wish I could give you a solution. You've done everything that I've done

low dust hay and feed .... changing bedding etc. Hopefully as the rainy
season
comes the situation will get better ....... good luck.
