SD> command in Max to do this or do I have to use Key_Poke?

  Found my maximus setup. LOL

  I used key_poke.  I had offline mail in welcome.mec and used it for
uploading / downloading.

I /think/ I had a CGI program that allowed one to upload / download offline
mail and that's why this is here... though I can't remember now.
