How about the shorter one first, please? I don't know what my
download limit is because I have never downloaded anything yet.
The MS Words for Windows will be fine if it is all right with
you?  Any compression format will do although I prefer PKZip.
(up to version 1.04g, I think). Please advise as to which BBS
you're uploading?
I listened to IDEAS a few times as I have CBC on all the time,
even at this very moment, although some women's programs
sometimes drove me nuts!!  :))
(The Lady annoucer laughs too much and cuts in too much,
frequently at mid-sentence! At those times, I turn on the CD
for some classical music.)
BTW, the Russians use music and relaxation to heal or control
health problems like mental stress and high blood pressure...
