    He really doesn't look that bad .... the skin on his chest is a bit
"sloppy" (looks like he needs some weight there).  His ribs show a little 
but
not too bad) and he's a bit 'sunkin' in' at his withers (but again, not that
bad).
    His skin looks healthy -- he has some rain rot on his face that's 
learing
up nicely since I've been putting salve on is everyday .... his feet are in
excellent condition.
    I'm sure that he'll "bloom out" here at BSE .
