Unless a patient complains often about something like this then the 
physician is likely to attribute it to 'overworked' muscles (kinda like 
a desk-jockey lifting a sofa during a move).

Yup! Start twitching your nose and practice those squeaks - it will 
work - either that or the Doc will squirt some oil on ya!   :)
