I know.  Seems my traveling days have turned into dreams. :(  The last time
my wife had a week off, we were going to get down your way, but then I had to
put my braces in the shop and that blew all our money.  Now, her car is
giving us trouble and we're afraid to take it very far.  We'll probably buy
another one after the first of the year, but then the payments will make it
impossible for us to go anywhere.
I'm really not complaining, but sometimes I wonder how we'll ever get ahead
again.  I used to keep about 1 months income in reserve, but I'm lucky to
stash back a couple hundred anymore.
