With just a few days left in this year's legislative session in
West Virginia a very important bill to stop cities from passing
"Charleston style" gun control laws is stalled in the Senate
Judiciary Committee. House Bill 2650, would protect hunters and
sportsmen by preventing a patchwork of local gun laws throughout the
state which could easily trap unwary law-abiding citizens --
citizens who could face criminal prosecution, and confiscation of
their firearms if they unknowingly violate an obscure local law.
Please call the Senate Judiciary Committee today and urge them to
vote HB 2650 out of committee as soon as possible.
