MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: FETTUCINE AL PULCI DI MARE
 Categories: Italian, Pasta, Seafood
      Yield: 4 servings

     600 g  Lobster meat; slipper lobster
     500 ml EVOO
       4    Spring onions; wash/chop
       4    Garlic cloves; >6, chopped
     750 ml Dry white wine
       6    Tomatoes- roma; seed/chunked
       2    Avocados; peel/chop
       1 ts Lime juice
     750 g  Fettucine pasta; fresh
     1/2 bn Parsley leaves; chopped
     1/2 bn Basil leaves; chopped
            Sea salt
            Pepper

  Saute slipper lobster meat in olive oil over medium-high heat,
  stirring frequently, till they start to turn white [about 2
  minutes]. Add spring onion and garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Add
  white wine and stir till alcohol evaporates and liquid reduces
  slightly. Stir in tomato and avocado. Add lime juice.

  Cook pasta for 4 minutes, add parsley and basil. Drain pasta and
  toss into the sauce. Season to taste.
