I know that NetSerial will run fully functional for a period of time and
then not so much so until it is registered.  However, I am not sure if Mike
is still running the Sysop deal for NetSerial registrations, but I know at
one point it was relatively inexpensive for Sysops to purchase a NetSerial
license.  I have been a licensed user of NetSerial since back when it used
to be called Com/IP.
