Have just gotten my sysop to add this echo and am interested in exchanging
meaningful dialog with all Post-Polio sufferers who are receiving this 
        I participate in a support group in the Dallas-Ft.Worth Metroplex
area of Texas.  Fellow patients are extremely pleasant and supportive as
well as informative but the medical profession is virtually useless in my
experience--going all the way from uninformed and uninterested to viewing
our experiences as all in the mind.  I have also found a few charlatans
who proport to be experts--in my experience their field of expertise is 
talk and billing the insurance till its maxed out.
        Would like to find out what else is happening in the rest of the 
        USA
... Back up my hard disk? I can't find the reverse switch!
