Hello All!

I would greatly appreciate it, if you all will spend a few moments
reading about some of the plans my advisors have for my next term as
President of the Excited States.  I know that some folks think I'm a
little dull, and I'll admit that I haven't ever come up with catchy
phrases like Saddam's "the mother of all battles" or my Pappy's
classic "read my lips".  Still, I'll endeavour to fulfill the needs
of the folks who got me elected and who will certainly get me elected
again.

Like my Pappy before me, I will continue to work hand-in-hand with the
good folks in our great Military-Entertainment Complex.  In this new
digital world, it is important to not only have efficient munitions
but to also be able to offer real-time news media coverage of their
effect!  We must not only keep the peace, but also be able to offer
informative, entertaining media coverage of our actions.  Good old
American technical know-how and the close ties between government
agencies and our media corporations are letting us do that.

Meanwhile, now that The War on Terrorism is rolling along smoothly and
is starting to loose points in the Television Ratings War, I plan to
return to that traditional American media event -- The War on Drugs!

Yessir!  Just you wait for my "Kinder Gentler America Tour" to hit the
road!  I've convinced some of our best pyrotechnical artists and
roadies to stay on, so that we can do a nostalgia tour of places like
Grenada and Panama.  If the television ratings are good, this time we
might even include live performances in Mexico and Columbia, too.

Yep.  It's just 'bout time we "smoked" a few more of the regular stops
on that old drug pipeline!  Like any politician will tell you;  If you
just can't bring yourself to legalize and tax something, then you just
go and "make war" on it.  Either way, you're accomplishing something
important by helping to keep our economy rolling along.

In closing, I want to remind you all that methods for implementing
The War on Drugs will be an important National Insecurity issue for
the foreseeable future.  We must not let terrorism blind us to drugs
and other clear and present dangers to the American way of life.
