Okay, I go into a directory, right click on a file, choose Copy. Then I go to
another tab in Konqueror (an empty directory), right click, Paste. What does it
do? It asks me what I want to call the new file. It doesn't
offer me the original file name as the default. The original file name
is the desired name. It is long. But I do not remember it.

This seems lame to me.

Also, I tried dragging the file to drop it on the other tab, hoping that'd do a
move or copy. It popped up a dialog for me to choose which application to use
to open the file. So you can't drag between tabs?
