Yup, it's an email "thingy" alright. The 3D is the hex value for an equal 
(and if you also noticed in your email it had a bunch of 20's as well -- 
those are spaces, believe it or not). I've seen this before, but I can't 
say for certain why it occurs. Odd, isn't it?
