Coming to think of that. I have a Russian keyboard here and I tried that. With the keyboard set to Russian and the code page to 866 , I can enter non-ASCII characters in the sysop name and origin line fields but the characters do not match those on the keyboard. It is garbage.

I wonder what out Russian friends would say about that...
