If the driver manufacturer doesn't allow it then it won't happen. I had an
ati driver on my laptop which wouldn't allow a second screen to rotate etc.

If you want user friendly etc then stop pretending to be a super techie
while also pretending to be a sub techie. Stick with what the GUI's allow
you, forget about the tweaks & text editors & if you can't do it
with the GUI then you can't do it.

How often have you manually screwed around with your windows vid driver settings?
