Sure it does. None of them even come close to filling the *mold* of a Jeff 
George. Most of the players that the Raiders got were guys who were unwanted 
by their old teams. A few of them were involved in salary disputes. They took 
chances on guys from small schools - Marv Hubbard and Howie Long, for example 
and they moved guys from their old positions to maximize their potential.
