Yes, well, one can get to a ripe old age suffering from angina pectoris. It
is caused mostly by the aging process (layman's term is "hardening of the
arteries), but exacerbated by eating too much fat, and animal fat at that.
But atherosclerosis, as the condition is called, can be reversed, as I
understand it. The cure is ingesting salmon oil capsules. The salmon oil,
over a period, tends to dissolve the platelets (red blood cell deposits) in
the arteries, thus widening them and reconstituting unhindered blood flow to
the heart. Simple but effective. My cardiologist applauded my going on fish
oil. What I take is 12 grams (a huge amount) of salmon oil, made in Burnaby,
a day. There are additional benefits, such as lowering my high triglycerides
count, and salmon oil may even benefit my kidney condition (IgAN).
I have been a life-long writer and radio broadcaster (CBC Radio), and have
turned to writing nonfiction books since 1985. So far, there are some 16
titles.
Thanks for the info.
