I do not see why one should do a complete upgrade install of everything just to
get latest versions of some apps. Seems to me we should get upgrades of each
app when each upgrade becomes available and rev them separately from the OS.

As it stands now I see the updating I'm doing appears to be revving the kernel
version even though I'm staying with FC5.
