  Okay, first off... I'll admit I was a bit frosted off in the last message 
you've read.  But it's only because getting info from you is like getting the 
proverbial blood from a rock!  Most other companies are at least somewhat 
more open.
  I may seem annoying, but again that's due to the lack of info.  Trust me, 
I'm much less grating in most other situations (at least, that's the 
impression conveyed to me by peoples' e-mails and BBS messages).
