URK! Check the credits in Wolf 3D again. It was a JOINT EFFORT between
Apogee and id. I don't think 'copied' is the right term to be used here,
especially after you use the word 'bought'.
Duke Nukem Forever, Sin, Half Life, Hexen II, have all in some sense
'bought' the Quake code with some Quake II enhancements. You don't call
that 'copying' do you?
