I know that it was discussed and the transportation industry as a whole
were among the biggest opponents to getting the ADA passed at all.

Had to stopp at that same station yesterday because I didn't have enough
gas to get home. The attendants still would not come out, even though
the weather was a beautiful 70+ degrees and the sun was shining. I
think that management has policies to restrict them from coming out to
avoid robberies.
