Hi Kim:

Well it was hard on me when Rose Madder, Desperation and Regulator too. I had
found that maybe he was having some sort of writers block for I had trouble
reading these novels...I had found that the writer who I grew up had changed
his style altogether...

Well I hope you enjoy the read Kim it's a good one and a different aspect of
the Gunslinger series it's more of a prequel of sorts...;)

S> Have you read all SK's books? Some people say they
 S> don't like the Gunslinger
 S> series..can't get into it...can't imagine that...
I've read everyone that he has but out, including the Bachman one's too.
There was a time when I could wait for a King novel to be introduced into the
market for I was always in line picking it up and it would take me a few days
to read it....but with the new material it was like I could read the book but
it didn't hold my attention..so it took a while to get thru them..;( With the
newest Gunslinger installation I sat down and read the book from cover to
cover and was glad to see that it was what I expected.

S> The only other of SK that I didn't care for was The
 S> Greenmile Serial...didn't
S> find it interesting enough, and didn't like the
S> fact is was all cut up and
S> we had to read it a little bit at a time...I hate waiting I guess
The Green Mile is a serial novel and a throwback to the days of pulp fiction
which I love...I found the whole series an enjoyable read. :)
