Great game + great graphics = great sales pitch.  I hear everyone salivated 
at last year's E3 (from the online reports I read), when Quake II was shown 
on a high-end machine with a "mere" Voodoo 1 card.
  Maybe I'll just sign up with 3D Realms as a playtester to frustrate you!

  Sure it is!  How many people using BBS e-mail can ever hope to talk to 
Broussard or Replogle?  I guess I'm an exception (I have Internet access as 
well as a BBS account), but I know there are others, and you're still a more 
accessible source.

  Such as me?  :-)  C'mon, I'd just like to know why I should be getting Duke 
Nukem Forever as opposed to Half-Life or (dare I say it?) Sin.  Right now, I 
only know about a whole bunch of "maybes" from the PC Gamer issue of yonder
