Paul: It is not apparent where you live. But here goes. My source for 180:120
salmon oil 1000 mg gelatin capsules, 90 or 180 per bottle, is natural Factors
of Burnaby (Gahlen Enterprises), and my retail outlet is SEMPERVIVA at 2608
West Broadway, Vancouver BC V6K 2G3, tel: 604.739.1958, fax: 604.739.1938.
Ask them whether they mail orders. My 12 grams-a-day salmon oil consumption
runs to about $1 a day. The manufacturers,'"natural Factors," was recommended
to me by my nephrologist, and so far, the fishy burps are moderate and last a
couple of hours.
Hope you succeed in getting an order placed.
If you live in the U.S., I heard via the IgAN newsgroup that Costco sells 300
gelatin caps of 1,000 mg each for only US$8. I am suspicious of that price,
seeing that I pay Cdn$8 plus tax for 90 gelcaps. Check with a nephrologist or
other doctor knowledgeable about health supplements whether the Tru Nature
gelcaps (of Carson, CA), are recommendable. Look for the 180:120
relationship; it's essential. Also, in such massive dosage, my nephrologist
recommended I take 400 units of vitamin E made from natural sources only.
Ho-pe this helps.
