LJ> Music and sound. Next question.
I guess that means you're in the thick of both!
LJ> No time for it, unfortunately. Too busy with music and sound.
I thought you might answer that way... can't blame you, you do have your
work cut out for you. Speaking of which, just how much does "crunch time"
(the last month or so right before a game release) affect you? Are you
camping out at the 3D Realms offices, or are you gloating away as you leave
for home at 5?
I've also been mulling around an interesting idea in my head. I know that
DNF will probably have lots of your own music, but wouldn't it be a nice
touch to license a couple of tracks or so as treats - or maybe for a seperate
"Music Inspired by DNF" CD? In particular, I was hoping for a Vegas theme.
Not necessarily lounge lizard music, but just music that involves Las Vegas
somehow! For instance...
-Death in Vegas (the band's name; also, they have more than just electronica)
-Crystal Method (CD's named "Vegas")
-Tom Jones (he IS Vegas)
...and so on. Obviously, it would be your choice as to what would be on
the CD in the end, but it would be a nice touch.
LJ> ... "Your life or your lupines!" - Dennis Moore
Oh no, I'm sick to death of bloody lupines! I wear lupine clothes, eat
lupine soup... and the cat just choked to death on lupines!
Yes, I've watched Monty Python's Flying Circus as well.
