I wrote http://www.xs4all.nl/~hyphen/tse/files/ebcdsort.s
and http://www.xs4all.nl/~hyphen/tse/files/ebcd2asc.s
years ago for some other TSE users (Leo Mulders and Barbara Peruscovic
respectively), but appearently forgot to upload them, the macros that is.

According to their documentation the first one might sort an ascii file in
ebcdic order, and the second one might convert ebcdic files to ascii and
back though hopefully not at the same time.
