Interesting indeed! I've been reading that the Roberti-Roos law *was* 
overturned. If you can get the internet newsgroups, check in the 
alt.guns.politics group. Lots of cites there. Interesting also that the judge 
that overturned the law did so on the basis that the law provided for the 
judiciary making the changes to the list of banned guns. This being a clear 
violation of the separation of powers provided for in the Constitution.
 
Now your saying that the CA Attorney General is amending the list in 
violation of the law that just got struck down. Very interesting indeed!
The jerks won't even obey their own *damned* laws!
