Then why do we keep changing the design of the $5-$100 bills? Our main
mistake is not pulling the old stuff out of distribution by declaring an
end date on it - other countries, heck, the EU, have done this. The high
quality, probably made by a foreign power, $100 bills that are out there
are known as "superdollars" btw.
