that sounds like your standard "float"... wash't the Purple Cow
made with grape NeHi and the scoop of ice cream?

here's something from the web... a bit different but still in the same vein...

The "Purple Cow" is a dairy beverage flavored with grape juice.
In the United States Concord grapes are almost always used to make grape
juice. Look for 100 percent juice on the label with no sugar added. Some
juices labeled "drink" or "cocktail" contain very
little fruit juice. Milk is perhaps the most important beverage next to
water. This cool summer drink provides your body with Vitamin D which helps
build strong bones and teeth. Serve to your family and friends and they're
sure to ask for the recipe!

Preparation time: About 5 minutes
Equipment you'll need: Blender, liquid measuring cup, ice cream scoop,
serving glass and straw.
Safety: Ask for adult supervision when operating blender. Keep ice cream
frozen and milk cold until use.

Recipe:

1/2 cup 100 percent grape juice
1/2 cup milk
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream

1. Add grape juice, milk, and ice cream to blender container.
2. Blend on medium high speed until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glass and add straw.

       Yield: 2 servings.

Clean up: Ask for adult supervision when cleaning blender. Put away
equipment. Leave kitchen clean!
