 That is NOT true at all. The Law does not address Traditional TV antennas.
Outside Antennas for normal over the air TV channel reception still can be
banned. The Only relief is for the 18 inch DBS antennas. And even then it
only requires reasonable accomidation for their instalation. There can still
be Endless Hoops to Jump through to get one approved. Things like Location,
Color of antenna, Etc can still be dictated.
 There is also soem minor relief for HAM antennas also but still many 
roadblocks still can be put in the way.
