W>AC>sign. One other way that I can tell is to just stop and stand
DW>AC>still for a minute, does the pain let up some? If it does then
DW>AC>you are looking at PPS. Do you have any muscle twitching when you
DW>AC>relax?
DW>Yes, if I walk too long or climb stairs the pain is worse. If I
DW>stop for a minute it lets up but at night I can't seems to find a

I can relate, I finally had to go to the Dr. and get some pain pills so
I could sleep at night. They helped quite a bit. I only take them when I
have to. I got a "Tens Unit" also. It has helped me a lot, I wear it
especially when I have to ride in the car for a long time. It really
sounds like PPS, is there a Dr. around that knows about PPS? Tom has a
lot of information that you could print out and take to your Dr. if you
need it. Glad to have you here, we all need someone to talk to. Nice to
make another friend. Hi friend.
