I EXPECT to have very little, or (preferably) NO work to do.
I'd rather be the "UN-Moderator" of a largely self-moderating
echo. I don't want to "wave a stick" around.

I firmly believe that *self* discipline is preferable to imposed discipline.

That said, here are the rules.

This echo, "DIRTY_DOZEN", is an outlet echo for early warnings
of TROJAN/BOMB/VIRUS programs,  and warnings of pirated/hacked
software of all kinds.

The name  "DIRTY_DOZEN"  is a follow-on from the first warnings
of program Trojans and Bombs. The list started out as a selected
dozen of the most destructive of these.

It is hoped that this echo will help the SysOps of BBSs and
PRIVILEGED Users be informed of problems, so
