Well, after I undergo the lab tests I described in my last message, the
doctor may very well draw the fluid off of the knee and run tests on it.

OK. Yes there's a lot of physical pounding on the knee joints, here. Yet, I
have never had surgery on them. Also, I can get some of the swelling to go
away, simply by putting ice on the knee. With the unit I am in, I have
little time for such luxuries. :-/
I am really hoping for something that will help in the long run. In civilian
life I was a field service technician (alarms, intercom systems, etc.). I
spent a lot of time on my feet and that is exactly what causes the most
discomfort. Otherwise, I'm looking for different work when I get out.
