It was there, in fact Fox is where I heard of it.  However, I have
occasionally had stale browser cache issues with the Fox site in the past
that were annoying.

Now it turns out Haliburton isn't really the guilty party, rather a Kuwait
subcontractor they hired.  The most Haliburton could have profited off this
overcharge was in the range of $1M-$4M depending on how their percentage
worked out.
