| subject: | Rodents ground German government airplane |
A nasty surprise for the German Minister of Finance this weekend: the government aircraft he wanted to fly back from an IMF meeting in Bali is broken. Rodents, presumably rats, have chewed a few cables. It is expected to take a few days before the Airbus A340-300 has been repaired, as reported by various German media. The qffected aircraft is the 'Konrad Adenauer', one of the two flagships in the VIP fleet of the Luftwaffe. Minister Olaf Scholz is now flying back home with a scheduled flight. --- D'Bridge 3.99 SR33* Origin: AVIATION ECHO HQ (2:292/854) SEEN-BY: 203/0 221/0 1 229/275 426 240/5832 261/38 280/464 5003 292/854 8125 SEEN-BY: 335/364 423/120 633/0 267 280 281 412 509 712/132 620 848 770/1 SEEN-BY: 2320/100 @PATH: 292/854 280/464 712/848 633/280 267 |
