 JW> I am.

Yes, I'm reading it too. Well, I suppose that's obvious.

GM> Does anyone know anything that's good for rheumatism?

JW> Not off the top of my head but I'll ask on a couple of herbal mail
 JW> lists I'm on.

One of my books that I thought was lost has turned up since I
wrote. it lists all citrus fruits, as well as pineapple, and in
the herbs: licorice root, horseradish, dandelion root, yarrow,
willow bark, soapwort, fumitory, self-heal, elderflowers,
stinging nettle, lucerne (alfalfa), St John's wort, wild
strawberry, garlic, couchgrass root, parsley.

I had a good dollop of horseradish on my meat last night. We
shall see whether it makes an improvement ;-)

CHANGE OF DIRECTION:
I thought of updating the herb FAQs that I last downloaded about
12 months ago. IIRC I posted them here.

The web sites listed in the FAQs as the source for them don't go
anywhere these days, but I dug out of my stuff the URL of
Henriette's Herbal Homepage where I d/l'ed them last time.

I down loaded one text file, but the opening header showed that
it hadn't been updated since last year.

An FC with the old one showed that the only difference was that
she'd changed every email address from name{at}server to name.server
apparently to frustrate spammers.

Hmmm... I had a spam yesterday. Some person in South Africa
offering me a 60% share in a $25,000,000 deceased estate.

If only it was that easy....
