Well, the caps lock got me again, meant to say Welcome!  There is a great
group of people on this echo.  Information I have found here by reading and
also asking specific questions has been of immeasurable help in learning how
to regain some quality time.  (Fortunately at present I only have a problem
with severe fatigue if I overextend myself considerably)  Just read the
messages and ask away, someone will very likely be able to help with any
question you may have.
