Dear Jurgen,
        The Upledger Institute is a clinical organization that teaches 
seminars to MD's, PT's, DO's, DMD's, MT's and other professionals interested 
with Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Somato Emotional Release, 
Fascial Release, Muscle Energy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and other exciting 
cutting edge manual therapy courses.  They also offer training on Interactive 
Guided Imagery thru Dr. Rossman in Mill Valley.  It is quite interesting that 
there are no practictioners in the area.  I can recall at some time, 
practioners from Vancouver have come all the way to California, Arizona, etc. 
to attend the seminars.  
        I still have to get my directory in the office.  What I have in hand 
right now are pratictioners from Cranbrook, BC and Etobicoke, ON which may 
not help you a bit.
        If you are interested in the Upledger Institute, you can call 
1-800-233-5880, I am pretty sure, they can hook you up with a practioner who 
has training under the Upledger Institute.  They may not be trained in IGI 
(Interactive Guided Imagery) but can facilitate your needs to a referral.
        With regards to the Academy of Guided Imagery, you can attend one of 
their seminars if they are still conducting them.  There is an annual 
symposium (kinda gathering of IGI practitioners).  The last time I heard, 
they had it in Monterey, CA.  It is a respected and reputable gathering.
I took their Seminar but did not go through the Certification Process.
