Could be.  As we know I'm a high time long ago pilot, plus very experienced
telecommunications engineer amoung other things.  When I make the comment
below, I do *NOT* claim any personal knowledge or advice about what one
should believe about this incident.  Nor the accuracy about anything.  It's
