I find Interactive Guided Imagery to be a powerful complementary tool.
Did some work/training with the Academy of Guided Imagery in Mill Valley, CA. 
 The number is 800-726-2070.  There was a list of practitioners who are 
certified by the Academy.  My list is in the office.  I may send you some 
practitioner's listing if you want.  You can also find some info on
the Upledger Institute in FLA regarding practitioners in your area.  Their 
number is 800-233-5880.  They have a WEB Page under Upledger Institute.
