For the most part, yes. Although I suspect the 4DTV is going through
growing pains right now. Seems a new firmware is due to be downloaded in the
next few days, and this morning the guide seems to be not fully updated.

Well, even though I only have HBO, up until last Thursday, I was also
getting Showtime, Movie Channel, and Flix in the digital versions at no extra
cost. Right now, they state that a subscription is required.

Use channel 780, at least that's what the mail that GI/NextLevel sent

says. Although I haven't actually noticed that the dish ever moves, so I
place it on G9/780 and power off.
