ST> Well, what can I say; I just couldn't get into

That is just what happened to me with "The Stand". The second time I
read it I was very surprised how much I liked it.
ST> That's different; "The Stand" : haven't seen anyone say their fav is
ST> ""The Stand"; different strokes for different folks I guess...
When I ask customers, more often than not, The Stand is their favorite.
ST> Do you read any other authors...I also like Anne Rice, Dean Koontz,
ST> John Grisham, Mercedes Lackey as well as true crime novels...
I read constantly! I do NOT like Anne Rice or Dean Koontz. John Grisham
is ok. I like Caleb Carr, Patricia Cornwell, and many many "small"
authors. My favorites are mystery (and I manage a mystery bookstore).
