Desperation was an excellent book...perhaps its you ;))

Agreed,a brilliant book and the double video version is even quite good,which 
isn`t normally the case.
Hmm...was it SK that wrote "The Langoliers"? Can`t remember now but that was 
a stunningly good short story IMO,and the video of that was surprisingly good 
too...
