This echo was marvelous in the very early 1990-ies. There were several WW2
pilots active telling about their combat missions both in Europe as in the
Pacific theatre.
I lost that message base in an early disc crash and have looked for years
if there isn't an archive around anymore.

Domestic, yes ... but what is domestic ...
From Amsterdam to Bonaire theoretically is domestic as well. But is that
really?
Same for Paris to La Reunion ...
I know that Hawaiian has been toying with the idea of a Honolulu to London
Heathrow non-stop. I mapped the circular route on the globe and it is very
well possible with today's generation of 787 and A350.
