WS> As open sky decreases and local regulations tighten, less people will

KD> I guess big dish owners could always convert to digital... though I'd
KD> wonder if it would be just cheaper to buy the small dishes. I've
KD> owned a big dish for a few years now and my only bitch to date is
KD> trying to record two programs on different satellites without having
KD> to buy a pricey receiver. (4DTV is a *little* too pricey for my
KD> taste).
WS> I agree. I'm fortunate that we have all the networks locally so i can
WS> record Satellite and networks at the same time.
WS> Through an attack on my house, I was able to buy a 4DTV receiver. I
WS> agree about the price, tho. For that, the VCII+ decoder should be
WS> included. So far only a few movie channels are setup to subscribe to
WS> 4DTV. But most of those are no-extra-charge.
Yeah I saw that and that was what made it so tempting. Problem is that
it's about $1,300 cdn here...
WS> And the satellite guide appears not to be set up yet.
WS> It's all still new, anyway.
WS> I figured Digital will be the future, so why not take advantage of a
WS> bad situation to prepare.
Do you eventually have to update your horn on the dish ?
WS> on a side note, I suggest you don't subscripbe to TVN's adultvision.
WS> lame adult programming. :)
WS> bought their $9.95 weekend...not really with the money.
Do you know what's been happening with some of the adult channels... they
seem to be disappearing or changing... just curious what happens to those
year subscribers.
... Never take a beer to a job interview.
