TAZ does 16 colors in ST Medium.  It flickers, but it does it.
SOL (Speed of Light) does 256 colors in ST Low (flicker is almost
unnoticable).
SPC3375.PRG does 3375 colors using 4096 color SPC files on a stock ST.
All these programs are 'magic' considering the limitations of the display
hardware.
