My 4DTV has the guide fully operational.
Did you contact your program provider and give them the digital serial
number of the 4DTV. Then they have to get HBO to authorize it. Once that's
done, you can easily get the program guide , just go to G9 and wait for the
guide to come up. It's about 24 hours at a crack, so it needs regular
updating.
Also, there's supposed to be a new firmware uploaded to the 4DTV within
the next couple of weeks, at least so claimed a message in my mailbox.
